Kirstie - Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Kirstie! I’m proud to be the Operations Manager for Alcedo Care North Yorkshire, Leeds and Crewe. I joined the Alcedo family in 2022, and since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working within a truly forward-thinking, people-focused organisation that values quality care and strong community connections.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and recently completed my Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership. These qualifications have given me a solid foundation in care delivery and team leadership, and they continue to guide my commitment to providing the highest standards of support.

In my role, I’m passionate about making sure our services run smoothly and that both our clients and staff feel supported every step of the way. I’m especially excited to be helping Crewe, North Yorkshire and Leeds grow, ensuring that individuals and families across our communities receive the exceptional care Alcedo is known for.

I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with colleagues, partners, and our wider community as we develop and strengthen our services across the region.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 3 children, socialising with family and friends, going to the gym, singing and going for walks.
