I have always found the care providers to be very professional but more that, my mum’s individual carer is kind and patient and always put my mum needs first. She thinks outside the box and makes sure mum is well turned out every day and happy. All the carers that mum has been involved with are kind, thoughtful and patient with her.

Your professionalism and level of care and expertise is second to none. Your selection process of carers is exemplary. All the carers are an assest to your organisation. Please accept my gratitude to you for all your support. Many many thanks to the carers who have helped so much in mums progress both physically and mentally.

My mum has always been reluctant to accept care in her home despite needing it long ago. She has been taken care of since May and I know I can speak for her and my family when I say she is being looked after extremely well. She now looks forward to the carers coming. They are thoughtful and kind and very helpful.

My dad was under the care of Alcedo Care for 6 weeks and I can’t fault them in no way for the service they provided.Everyone involved really accommodated for my dad, and the carers really helped to ease him back into living on his own again.I would especially like to mention their manager, who was fantastic during Dads time with Alcedo Care. Always happy to help and answer any questions. She went above and beyond and actually visited Dad on a weekend to go over his Care Plan and paperwork included. As a businessman, he was keen to read all involved and understand all details, and the manager’s patience was greatly appreciated at this time by both Dad and the family.Would fully recommend to anyone who is looking for care in the area!

My Grandfather was with Alcedo Care Southport for his 6 weeks of re-enablement and I could not fault the service provided. All of the office workers worked efficiently and with speed to take on my Grandfathers care package. Over the 6 weeks, by Grandfather really enjoyed his carers visits and found them a great help and aided to raise his spirits. The office team and carers worked in synchronicity to accommodate my Grandfathers needs and requests. An overall fantastic branch of the company, with dedicated and committed members of staff on hand to help with anything they can.

I found all Alcedo Care Southport very caring, attentive, always ready to help, listen and assist whenever needed. They looked around for things to help without being told. Very clean and tidy in appearance, excellent training and the best care company.
