We have four career pathways that can be personalised to suit the skills and aspirations of each participating staff member, with all the support, training and recognition they need along the way.
Each participating employee will work with their manager and HR to create a tailored career development plan. This plan will outline your goals, the skills and qualifications you want to acquire and a timeline for achieving them.
You’ll then be given access to all the resources you need to help you develop your skills, including training sessions, workshops, online courses and mentorship. As you progress, you’ll have the chance to explore different roles and departments within the company.
Where possible, we’ll pair you with a mentor who has experience in your desired career path, and your mentor will provide guidance, feedback and regular check-ins to make sure you’re on track. As you achieve your goals, you’ll be recognised and rewarded for your dedication and progress!
