What is an Operations Manager?

Our Operations Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing operations for our CQC and CIW regulated services. Typically each Operations Manager will look after a group of branches in a region.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include Regulatory Compliance, Staff Management, Incident Management and Continuous Improvement.

Ultimately, an Operations Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of care, safety, and service delivery that we strive for as a company, ultimately improving the experience for our clients as we work to enrich lives and support independence.

What qualifications do you need to be an Operations Manager?

To be an Operations Manager you will have gained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care Level 5. You will also have a solid background in social care, social work, nursing, healthcare services management or related disciplines. We are pleased to have Operations Managers in our organisation who started off with us as carers and have grown with the company.
