This is a varied and rewarding role where you will help establish and support new complex care packages, ensuring clients and their families receive safe, reliable and high-quality care from day one.

You will work across a range of clients, services and locations, so no two days will be the same.

This role is ideal for people who are calm under pressure, comfortable working in challenging or fast-changing situations and confident building strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

Who We're Looking For

You do not necessarily need to come from a traditional care background.

We welcome applications from people with relevant experience in roles such as:

  • Health and social care
  • Complex care
  • Prison and custodial services
  • Police and law enforcement
  • Ambulance and emergency medical services
  • Mental health support
  • Healthcare and clinical support
  • Other roles involving responsibility for vulnerable people, challenging situations or complex needs

If you have experience supporting people, managing difficult situations, responding calmly under pressure or working in a high-responsibility environment, your skills could transfer well into this role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the mobilisation and launch of new complex care packages
  • Delivering person-centred complex care and support within clients' homes
  • Supporting clients with complex physical, clinical or mental health needs
  • Following individual care plans and clinical protocols
  • Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Working alongside healthcare professionals and wider care teams
  • Travelling between clients and services across North Wales and surrounding areas
  • Promoting independence, dignity, choice and quality of life
  • Responding calmly and professionally to changing or challenging situations
  • Working flexibly across different care packages as required

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have relevant experience in care, healthcare, emergency services, custodial services or another suitable high-responsibility environment
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Have access to your own vehicle for work
  • Be able to travel across North Wales and surrounding areas
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be reliable, professional and adaptable

The Right Person

We're looking for people who are:

  • Calm and confident under pressure
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Compassionate and respectful
  • Reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working with different clients and care needs
  • Able to build trust quickly
  • Solution-focused
  • Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality support

Experience supporting people with complex needs, challenging behaviour, mental health needs or clinical care requirements would be particularly relevant.
