To apply, you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' care experience in a UK care setting or through supporting a family member.
- Have experience working with individuals with complex mental health and/or challenging behaviour.
Excellent rates of pay £14.75 - £15.75 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £17.03 to £18.18 per hour including holiday pay & pension)

Expected average hours – 20+ hours per week. Flexible shifts available including days, short shifts and 12-hour shifts.

About the Role
The Mental Health Complex Care Assistant role at Alcedo Care involves delivering high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them to live independently and safely within their own homes and local communities.
You'll be fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and training specialists, giving you the confidence to excel in your role.
As a Mental Health Complex Care Assistant, you'll build meaningful relationships with the people you support, helping them to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and improve their overall quality of life. This role is about more than providing care – it's about empowering individuals, promoting recovery and creating positive outcomes every day.
