About the Role

Alcedo Care is seeking experienced and adaptable care professionals to join our specialist Rapid Response Mobilisation Team covering Lancaster and surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding and fast-paced role where you will support the launch of new complex care packages, helping individuals and families receive safe, high-quality care from day one. Working across multiple services and locations, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages
• Deliver person-centred complex care, clinical support and mental health support within clients' homes
• Build trusting relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals
• Ensure care plans and clinical protocols are followed to the highest standards
• Work flexibly across different services and branch locations as required
• Support clients with dignity, respect and compassion while promoting independence

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within health and social care
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Ability to travel across the Lancaster area and surrounding locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
