Excellent rates of pay £13.40 - £15.25 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £15.47 - £17.60 per hour including holiday pay & pension)

About the Role:

As a people person, you will enjoy meeting and supporting a diverse range of people of all ages.

The Care Assistant role involves personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, as well as supporting with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks. Just as importantly, you’ll promote people’s independence whilst bringing a real sense of joy and companionship to those you support.

You do not need previous experience to join our team as a Care Assistant, as all training is provided to boost your skills and confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • A caring, compassionate and reliable approach
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
  • An Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are required – the cost of your DBS is covered by Alcedo Care
  • For Complex Care, Children’s Support or Mental Health Support roles, you will need at least 6 months’ hands-on UK care experience
