The Great Alcedo Bake Off – Monday 6th July
Staff, clients and friends of Alcedo Care Wigan & St Helens and Alcedo Care Preston are preparing to dust off their baking bowls, whip out their whisks and get ready to bake a difference, to support the Alzheimer’s Society Cup Cake Day 2020.
How to Enter
All it takes to enter The Great Alcedo Bake Off is simply dough-nate a minimum of £2.00 to our special Bake Off Just Giving page, bake your cake, then present it to the Alcedo Care Wigan & St Helens or Alcedo Care Preston office on the morning of Monday 6th July.
Judging the Cakes (Sampling Them All)
The arduous task of judging the cakes (sampling them all) will be expertly handled by Alcedo Care Directors Jo and Andy Boardman, with the winners receiving a special Alcedo gift voucher.
We will be sharing pictures of all the cakes on this blog and also on our Facebook Pages, so you can judge for yourselves the talent and skills of The Great Alcedo Bake Off Team!
Donating and Sharing…
All money collected on the Just Giving page will be donated directly to the Alzheimer’s Society, who will use the funds to help even more people affected by dementia, while all the cakes entered will be cut and shared with Alcedo Care clients throughout the area.
So, let’s hope everyone rises to the occasions and makes The Great Alcedo Bake Off a day to remember!
