We are recruiting experienced Support Workers in the Blackpool, Southport and Wigan & St Helens areas to fulfil a variety of different shifts to suit every worker. These include – Early, Mid and Late Shifts, Long Days, Nights and Weekends.

As a Support Worker at Alcedo Care, we will place you into shifts with our clients, where you will work closely with individuals of all ages who are living with Autism. You will understand and learn about their individual needs, in order to provide them with the best quality support you can.

Support Worker Vacancies – Telephone Interviews

We are currently offering telephone interviews for our Support Worker Vacancies and a fast track DBS service in order to get you starting work asap. Your initial conversation with our recruiter will be a discussion about the role, what it entails as well as your availability and what you are looking for. Once you are happy, a telephone interview will be booked which takes around 20 minutes. If successful, we will arrange for you to complete our online training and complete your DBS check which is a fast track check, estimated to be back within 48hrs. We will then endeavour to have you start work as soon as your DBS is back with us.

We work with our employees to find shifts that suit their lifestyle and commitments on a weekly basis, to fit in with your lifestyle and commitments.
