I’ve never worked in care before, is it still worth me coming along?
Yes! We welcome applications from people who are new to care as full training is provided by our in-house training team. However, if you’ve got previous care experience we’d love to talk to you! We offer great opportunities for career progression, and our complex care team offer opportunities to add to your existing care skills.
What will happen on the day?
You’re more than welcome to pop by and say hello but you’ll get the chance to;
- Meet members of our recruitment team
- Find out what it’s like being a care assistant
- Take part in a pre-screen/interview
Do I need to bring anything with me?
If you’d like the chance to receive a job offer on the day, please bring along your Right To Work documents- this means we’ll need to see your passport, your National Insurance number and 2 proofs of address (such as a bill or bank statement).
