Alcedo Care is delighted to announce that we’re holding our second ‘We Care’ Day in November 2022.
On Wednesday 23 November 2022, employees from across the business will team up with care workers to experience a day in the life of a care worker. This includes our Managing Director, Finance Director and our Recruitment, Compliance, Finance, Area, Marketing and Finance teams.
John Townley, Alcedo Care’s Group Head of Recruitment said: “The aim of Alcedo We Care Day is to highlight and experience the fantastic work our care workers do day in, day out to help people live safely in their own homes.”
He continued: “The day will help employees from other areas of the business who don’t have any care experience understand the day-to-day work of being a care worker. Every branch will have someone shadowing one of their care workers all on the same day.”
