A short message to all our fantastic – Carers / Care Ambassadors / Field Care Supervisors from Andy & Jo Boardman:
We are so proud of how you have all pulled together during this incredibly difficult time; you have continued to deliver the same level of care that you always do with compassion and unswerving professionalism.
You make Alcedo Care an exceptional care service that truly enriches lives of the people we care for, as a thank you for your efforts and your selfless dedication we are increasing your weekday rate of pay to £10/hr and your weekend rate of pay to £10.50/hr from the week commencing 1st April for all our Home Care workers and from 1st June for all our Health Care Workers and Support Workers. (Care Ambassadors & Field Care Supervisor’s pay will be going up pro-rata)
Although things are tough at this point in time we look forward to your continued support and working together as a team we will come out of the other side of this stronger than we were before any of us had ever heard of the Coronavirus!!
You are simply the best.
