Feedack Friday – Alcedo Bury Carer Rachel

”I was very excited to start my induction as this was a whole new career for me. The training lasted 3 days and each day was packed with new knowledge. I learnt so much within the 3 day period, including developing my confidence and skills. The team made me feel so welcome whcih helped to confirm this was what I wanted to do for my new career. The Alcedo Care team understand my daily personal responsibilities and work around my needs, which I am grateful for. To me support is always available when I need it.

I worked part time in retail to pass the time and to earn a living for my children, but always hated going to work. With Alcedo Care I am following my career goals which includes my nursing career.

I enjoy everything about this company; the job role, the team, the customers, the hours, and mainly having the time to be a mum to my 3 kids. Working with Alcedo Care makes me enjoy going to work again.”
