Victoria – Operations Manager

My name is Victoria Leecy, and I am the Group Head of Business Development at Alcedo Care. I have over ten years of experience in health and social care, working across children’s homes, rehabilitation centres, care homes, and home care for both children and adults.

In my role, I focus on helping the business grow, finding new opportunities, and building strong partnerships. I work closely with our Operations Managers and branches to make sure new packages of care are set up smoothly and effectively. I enjoy bringing new ideas to life and paying attention to the details that make a real difference.

Before this role, I worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing six branches across the North West and Cumbria and opening four of them. This experience helps me understand what it takes to grow services successfully while keeping high-quality care at the centre.

I am passionate about making care better for our clients and supporting our staff to do their best. At Alcedo Care, I am lucky to work with a great team that helps us deliver the best outcomes for everyone.

Outside work, I am a proud Mum of two boys and love spending time with my family.
