Ruth – Group Commercial Manager

My name is Ruth and I am the Group Commercial Manager for Alcedo Care Group.

I have worked for Alcedo Care since 2020 but prior to this, I have spent over 20 years working within Healthcare & Recruitment and staffing industry. One of the main reasons that drew me to work at Alcedo Care Group is the passion for quality and the strive for excellence in what we do. I initially began as an Operations Manager but have progressed to become a Group Commercial Manager.

Alcedo Care has provided me with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects as the business grows and develops, ranging from, clinical complex care, and implementation of IT systems to our current venture Children’s Residential Homes.

One of the reasons I love to work at Alcedo Care is the future plans for the business, meaning there will always be the opportunity to grow and learn new skills, not only for myself but those around me.
