Lisa - Operations Manager

My name is Lisa Floyd, and I am the Operations Manager and Registered Manager at Alcedo Care. With over a decade of experience in the health and social care sector, I have developed a broad and robust skill set through working across various settings, predominantly within domiciliary care, supporting adults with diverse and complex needs.

In my current role, I oversee a wide range of services, including mental health support, complex care, and clinical provision for both adults and children with learning disabilities. I work closely with a highly skilled team of nurses, which enables us to meet complex care needs and implement personalised, clinically effective interventions for every individual we support.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and am committed to going above and beyond to support both clients and staff. My focus is on making a meaningful difference, particularly in areas where support is limited or inconsistent.

At Alcedo Care, I am fortunate to work within a strong, supportive infrastructure. The guidance and expertise from our clinical team allow me to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients, foster a positive and empowered workforce, and continue my own professional development.

Outside of work, I am a proud and devoted Nana to two beautiful boys, and I cherish spending quality time with my family.
