With over 15 years of experience in the homecare sector, I joined Alcedo Care in 2021 to lead recruitment, supporting Branch Recruitment Managers to tackle challenges with energy and enthusiasm while growing as part of the Alcedo family.

In February 2026, I transitioned into my current role as Group Head of Communications and Client Engagement, where I focus on meeting people, networking, building relationships, and developing collaborative partnerships—most notably through our podcast series, Alcedo Care in Focus.

I was drawn to Alcedo Care because of its strong family values and people-first culture, and I am passionate about making a difference while championing rewarding careers in care.
