Jen – Group Brand Lead & Head of Marketing

My name is Jen Allen and I’m Group Brand Lead and Head of Marketing at Alcedo Care.

I started working for Alcedo Care in 2023, following an 8-year role with a large provider of adult supported living and residential care. I have 25 years’ experience in marketing, gained through various roles and industries.

At Alcedo Care I am responsible for managing the marketing team, enhancing the brand presence of the group and creating marketing campaigns to increase our client base and encourage recruitment of high-quality candidates.

As Alcedo Care expand their offering, I’m really excited to help the business grow into new areas and new locations.

When not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughter, gardening and live comedy.
