Faye – Operations Manager

Hi, I am Faye Fenton, the Operations Manager at Alcedo Care Blackburn, Bury, Preston and Trafford.  My role is to oversee the day-to-day running of our homecare service, ensuring that we meet all legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with the CQC. Ultimately, my focus is on delivering excellent quality, person-centred care to our clients.

I have worked within the care sector since I was 18 and have always been passionate about making a difference in the way home care is delivered.

In my spare time, I enjoy socialising and participating in sports. I have been part of a rounders team since I was 11 years old and continue to play regularly. I also love travelling and am always looking for new places to visit with my family.
