Claire – Group Head of Mobilisation

I am Claire Culshaw and I am proud to be the Group Head of Mobilisation for Alcedo Care – this means I oversee new branches as we establish ourselves in new localities.

I have 4 beautiful children who are my world. My passion is Rugby league and I am a huge fan of Wigan Warriors as I was born on the right side of Billinge Hill! Rugby League is a massive part of my home and work life. Work-wise I enjoy bringing customers together through my love of the sport, we have attended both Wigan Warriors and St Helens reminiscence sessions.

I have been in Social Care since the age of 18, working in residential care, day care and domiciliary care. In my time at Alcedo Care I have worked as a Registered Domiciliary Manager, Area Operations Manager and have recently established our dedicated Mobilisation Team.  I have a passion to make home care different and meaningful, Alcedo Care has given me the platform and resources to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
