I am very proud to be a Director of Alcedo Care along with Jo my wife and fellow Director. In my professional life to date, I have enjoyed a wide range of experience both at home and abroad. The most important principle I have learned along the way is that the pathway to success is to provide your client with the best quality of service each time, every time – no excuses!!

We are a care provider first, second and last and as such we have an unerring responsibility to deliver care to each and every client as we would to our own nearest and dearest.

We strive to maintain and deliver our standards each and every time by ensuring we have the best quality of carers, that they are well trained, well paid and feel valued. In addition to our dedicated and passionate carers, we have an exceptionally driven and talented management team who ensure we operate in accordance with all of our policies and procedures ensuring we are compliant at all times.

Our commitment is to not only to offer the highest standard of personal care but to understand and engage with every one of our clients so that we understand who they are, their background and their passions and aspirations. Our mission is to not only look after our clients’ health but also to promote their feeling of wellbeing – we help to achieve this by encouraging and facilitating social inclusion and by helping to set reablement and personal goals. We monitor and renew our care plans on a regular basis in order to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients every time.
